RETURN POLICY
At Couture Imaging we are delighted to offer or exchange on all items bought online within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure that your returns slip and order number is included in the parcel -(failure to so do may result in the refund being delayed and or denied.) All goods must be sent back in their original condition, along with the original tags and packaging.
Items will be inspected upon return, and will be returned to sender if they are not in their original sealable condition.

Signature Delivery
For security reasons all orders must be signed for. Our couriers are unable to leave parcels without a signature. We recommend that you have your order delivered to your place of employment, if you will not be home. Please note a signature will not be required for international economy delivery. Deliveries will not be made on Sundays or bank holidays.
Tracking Information
When your order is shipped you will receive a tracking link via email-this can be used to check the progress of your order.
Address Change
Unfortunately, we are not able to amend delivery addresses for orders that have already been placed.
Custom Charges
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs and duty taxes about arrival. Couture Imaging is not liable for any such payments.
Undelivered Parcels
All lost or undelivered parcels must be reported to Couture Imaging click here (insert email address) within 3 weeks of the order date. Any claims made after that point cannot be reimbursed.
Restocked Items
Couture Imaging will restock certain items depending on demand. To be notified when an item is restocked please select the relevant style and size then let me know when it arrives.
Pre-Orders
Some of our most exclusive and high-demand pieces are available to pre-order. Add the item to your bag and pay as normal, and we'll send you confirmation and ship order as soon as the stock arrives. We'll also keep you updated on the the progress of your order and the due date.
